I sent to Louisville and all I got was...

...A STINKIN' GREAT TIME!!!

When you read this, please remember I'm 34 years old....going on sixteen....

 It's all fun right?

Didn't get to L-ville until around 3pm. We headed straight to the arena where Justin would be performing. On the walk through the park we heard the radio station over the loud speakers and one of the DJ's was talking with Justin fans in line and we heard them screaming. I knew it had to be the board girls. Then he said Justin's Shoes were also there!! (See Justin's House for the Shoe Charity Event). I started to get really excited....dare I say I kicked the pace into a slight trot.

We went up to the front of the line and met about 20 or so gals from the World and the House...We arrived right when Cherie and a small group of others were walking away with security....turns out they got to go meet Justin with the shoes from the charity auction in hand. I attempted the "hey I with them routine" ...but alas it didn't work. Ok moving on.....If I didn't meet them all there, I met them later...here's a run-down..(Karate/J-blow, Megan, HoosierOldie, Leanne, Buckeye, Kyana, JustinFan, Shelley, Janie, Cherie, Cin, JusticeLvr, Stephanie, Whirly girly, Kristiebelle, Athome (just read the airport story -- OMG!!!!)...anyway, Mes and WGIB and Itty (you guys definitely ROCK), Jfrozbabygirl and little sis, Justinismysexyman (Karli), Tee, Joseph and his little Sis and Mom, later met FUNK-a-roma (that was a great BIG surprise)....and the famous TCE (you are a true Kentucky gal, how I love thee, I simply cannot count the ways) .....anyway, I left people out ....sorry writing this fast as possible.

Stood in line forever talking it up with TCE, Mes & Crew, Jospeh & crew, tee and funkymunky and crew....finally got in and ended up close to the front like 3 rows back. Was a little disappointed because this tall dorkus dude was directly in front of me pawing on his gf (and was during the whole show, blah). Anyway, I won't review the opening acts, because they sucked, sorry.

<Insert major heart palpatations here>

Time for Justin.... my love, my knight, my main man....oh sorry....ahem.....Justin came out dressed in well fit blue-jeans and a tan and white striped button-up, leather wrapped around his wrists (men and leather...ooo lala). Jinglets in perfect shape....He was a knock out. He came out with Doin' Things....lucky I didn't collapse right then and there.....he was smooth and vocally incredible. Condition of My Heart was next....then of course Sorry. As you all know, Justin works the crowd like a champ. You just really can't describe it. I won't touch every detail because I and I'm sure others will have video up soon. My video should be up either late late tonight or tomorrow afternoon (might be better to tackle this job at work where I have the T-line). I have the entire show thanks to hubby. Justin's face is washed out about 40 percent of the time due to poor lighting...but other than that....it looks good and sounds INCREDIBLE. Can't wait to share it! If you can't download it due to it's large size, I will burn you a dvd. The set was WAY TO SHORT. Gone and done with in about 15 mins. I felt teased. This I don't understand. He was a pretty big act compared to the first bands, who played longer. (on the drive home today the radio station DJ was talking about last night's show and joked that Guarini's hair was longer than his set).

The crowd was about 3,000 people I would guess? (such a hard thing to guess). I do think most people were there to see Jessica and Nick (according to scream factor), but I damn guarantee you they will remember Justin Guarini. He got awesome crowd response.

Anyway, went to try to find out about an autograph session (I've never met Justin)....but got the major blow off from three different people, who said the meet-n-greet was for sponsors and VIP only. Dang, what do I have to do? Show a little leg like back in high school?? (it always worked back then). Ended up hanging outside the arena with a peeps from the board as they came out for the well needed cigarettes and in some cases, mouth to mouth. Justin has that effect ya know.

I will not go into any great detail about how the next very sudden events took place, but let's just say I saw an opportunity, grabbed on, and went for the ride. Basically because I am very observant of my surroundings, I followed an invited group back to the VIP tent and it worked out. I was not invited, but that never stopped me before. EeeeeeeeeeeeEEEEEEEeeeeeeee!!! I got to meet Justin!! I'll be honest with you, I wasn't going home until I did anyway....

I do not want to gush and all...but how can ya not? It was my first time meeting Justin...I cannot describe what was going through my head and heart. Seeing him that close...this man is by far the sexiest, most gorgeous, most adorable man in the universe. The word has been used before, but it should be repeated. He is exotic. I let everyone who was suppose to be there go first, then I dove in. I held out my hand for a shake, but instinctively it moved from his hand to around his waist, the other one around his shoulders...without thinking I went to give him an appreciative kiss on the lean-in. . Once he figured out the plan, he reciprocated and gave me a kiss too...HALF CHEEK HALF LIPS LOL. I then got my big hug....I dunno who squeezed tighter, he or I?? In his ear I said "God, I Love You" .....(see this is what happens, you cannot stop yourself). Anyway, they had to pry me off of him, then we posed for a picture...and of course I look dorky...but you just don't have time to prepare for these sort of things! He was so firm and tone....Did I mention beautiful? Everyone and everything was very rushed....people left the trailer....but but but I wanted him to sign something for me. I hung back and asked him, he said "of course, let's go over to the couch." (Great idea Justin! hehe). He sat on the couch and I kneeled next to him and got my siggy!! All I can remember is watching him write the letters in my name. He signed the drawing I had printed out (justin case!) that Imaginee drew. He asked me if I drew it...said it was wonderful....of course I gave props to Imaginee. My mind really went blank and I did not want to drill him with a million questions, so I just enjoyed a few seconds of silence and basked in the glory of being in his personal space while he signed. His assistance manager then poked her head in and said "Justin, we really have to get going" ....apparently tons more autographs and hands to shake outside. Touche'. I apologized to Justin for holding him up and said my goodbye. (please note the entire situation above happened in like 5 mins flat).....but it will last a lifetime in memory.

Later that night we went to Cherie's room for party favors, on the 'house' so to speak. I got to smell and feel Justin's shoes...among other things.....and after that all I remember is security calling on us three times to turn it down and my husband ending up in a Justin wig. I had a grand headache this morning. What the heck happened anyway?? LOL!! (P.S. you ladies are the friends I've always wanted, but never had).
