I'm kicking myself for not asking more about it but I think my brain stopped
working every time he looked at me
. I also asked (after forcing my brain to work again) when we would be getting a
full version of Eventually and he said he's actually working on the arrangement
now and is planning on redoing the song. I was kind of excited about this b/c I
was not crazy about the recorded version so we'll see what happens.... And on a
fangirly note... As I was walking away he touched my arm and said "Thank you
SWEETHEART for keeping up with all of this!" HE TOUCHED ME! lol. And when I laid
down all of the things I brought for him to sign Gina goes "Aww does somebody
love Justin?" She was really nice and remembered signing my crutches last
summer. Kim looked really pretty.
I just went through my videos and I can't even post Missing You and LST
because the guy behind me WOULD NOT SHUT UP! He was being horribly rude
and inconsiderate and I wanted to punch him... and was very close to
cussing him out but then realized I was taping and that wouldn't be a good
idea (and I was sitting next to my 11 year old brother... he told Kim and
Gina they were beautiful... so cute!). So I'll let Norskie do the honors
with the vids. The guy sitting next to me kept asking me questions so you
can hear my whole conversation as well. He did lean over and say "Wow he's
really talented!" at one point so that made up for the times when I was
annoyed that he was talking to me while J was singing.
My thoughts on the performances. He's amazing live. I loved his version of Easy and I liked Lady a lot better than I did the first time he did it as well. Missing You was great (despite the fact that I almost killed the guy behind me). LST was my favorite version to date! It was awesome b/c Kim and Gina only did 3 songs and then he got to do 4. I figured he would just do Who's Lovin' You (I yelled the title out really loud and scared some people) but I was pleasantly surprised when the LST track came on. He's such a natural performer and can capture an audience effortlessly.
