Do you have any information about Justin Guarini's first single? All of
his loyal fans who voted for him during the "American Idol"
competition have been waiting patiently for his first single to be released.
Have you heard any definitive information from RCA on this?
Pop music critic Glenn Gamboa responds:
Justin Guarini's first single is scheduled for release in mid-January,
with his full album due in late March or early April, according to Roger
Widynowski, RCA Records' director of publicity. No word on what the song will
be, though it won't be his version of "Get Here." The delay in Guarini
and "American Idol" winner Kelly Clarkson's albums is due to their
commitment to the "American Idol" movie, which begins filming in
January.
